Product Description
Galvanized welded pipe is divided into hot galvanizing and cold galvanizing. The thickness of hot dip galvanizing layer, low cost of galvanizing, the surface is not very smooth. Hot dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal react with iron matrix to produce alloy layer, which makes the substrate and coating combine. Hot galvanizing is to acid the steel pipe first. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, it is cleaned through the ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or the mixed water solution tank of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the hot dip bath. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
